Key points
• Digital books are non-refundable.
• We cannot accept general returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital product has been delivered.
• If you have trouble accessing a purchased file, contact us and we’ll help.
Cancellations
• You can cancel or edit an order only before the product is delivered. If you received a delivery link or file, the order is complete and cannot be canceled.
• Donations, tips, and “locked messages” are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Access & Delivery
If you can’t access your digital purchase (broken link, file missing, corrupted file, etc.):
1. Email contact@support.books.ritaarosemena.com with your order number and a short description of the problem.
2. If possible, include screenshots of any error messages or of your order confirmation page. We’ll respond and provide a replacement download or a troubleshooting solution.
Payment methods
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and—where available—Klarna/AfterPay and certain local payment methods.
International purchases
If you purchase from outside the U.S., standard payment processing may apply. Please consider your local taxes, duties, or fees for digital purchases.
